Assembling, production and distribution of advertising pieces allusive to the event.
 

- Reception and management of registers before as well as during the event;
- Credential cards to all participants;
- Issuing of certificates;
- Rendering of accounts of the event by 30 (thirty) days after its closing.
 

Computerization of the event

- On-line register with option of pay by billing or credit card;
- Submission and evaluation of scientific papers – receipt, registration and organization of the scientific papers by segment, access for the evaluators and sending of approval/disapproval opinion to the authors;
- Scientific programming (to the site).
